Ingredients:
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 whole banana
  • 4 large strawberries
  • 4 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • Lately, I've gotten into the habit of eating waffles and fruit for breakfast, and recently I've swapped the unhealthy waffles for delicious oats! Oats are a nutritional powerhouse, boasting high fiber content for digestive health and blood sugar regulation, while fruits like bananas, strawberries, and blueberries infuse each spoonful with essential vitamins and antioxidants. Meal preparation is as quick and easy as it seems — simply mix oats with non-dairy milk, layer with fruit in glass jars, refrigerate overnight, and wake up to a ready-to-enjoy breakfast that's convenient, beneficial for your overall health, and SO GOOD!

     

    Cooking Instructions

    1. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup oats with 1 cup oat milk (or any non-dairy milk)
    2. Rinse and slice fruit
    3. In four 12 ounce glass cups or jars, add a few blueberries to the bottom
    4. Add a layer of oats, then add sliced banana, strawberries, and blueberries
    5. Continue adding layers as desired
    6. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight
    7. In the morning, drizzle with pure maple syrup and enjoy!
