    Cooking Instructions

    1. Chop seitan into strips (but not too small)
    2. In a medium-sized sealable container, mix together canola oil, lime juice, and soy sauce
    3. Add paprika, chili powder, cumin, and minced garlic
    4. Add seitan strips
    5. Allow this to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, up to a full day
      • We chose to marinate overnight, and the result was delicious!
    6. As the seitan is cooking, warm the yellow corn tortillas in an air fryer or toaster at around 230°F for a couple of minutes
      • Be careful of overcooking! The tortillas may become crisp and brittle if you turn your attention away for a brief moment
    7. Place down some warmed tortillas and add a spoonful of seitan
    8. Top with red onion, cilantro, a dash of squeezed lime, and serve!

    Enjoy!
