  • 10 ounces spinach
  • 1 box chickpea pasta (or any)

    4. Add the chopped zucchini to the pot and continue to sauté for 3-4 minutes, until the zucchini is tender
    5. Add the pizza seasoning, nutritional yeast, and garlic powder to the pot and stir well
    6. Pour in the water and stir to combine everything
    7. Add the spinach to the pot and stir until wilted
    8. Serve the pasta topped with the zucchini and spinach mixture
